MEET THE TEAM

Our team strives to promote and create the comfort care home model throughout Western New York.  Our initial home is in Sloan, NY and by maintaining a home like environment without financial, social, or caregiver stressors, comfort homes are able to provide compassionate, dignified and individualized care for those patients who become guests with three months or less to live.
