At Sloan Comfort Care Home, we are here to support your wishes while providing exceptional care in a home environment. Whether it’s sharing a drink with loved ones and watching a Bills game, enjoying quiet time with your dog lying at your side, playing board games with caregivers, or having long conversations with those you care about most, we encourage all our guests to live with dignity.

You never receive a bill for the care you receive, nor does your family, insurance company, or hospice. While we provide the supportive round-the-clock care, Hospice manages your medical needs. Your family and loved ones are able to simply be your family and loved ones again without many of the challenges that come with caregiving.

Our home only has 2 bedrooms, which means that we are able to offer personalized care and attention, provided by a mixture of paid caregivers and community volunteers. Those most important to you will be able to spend quality time with you in a safe, comfortable environment.
